Another responsibility that you will have as the manager would be annual budgeting and ensuring that your organization is running as efficiently and effectively as possible. You will need to implement different structures in place in order to preserve various assets that the company has.

A manager is also going to be responsible for and expected to be able to effectively identify all kinds of problems that might be occurring whether it be with their employees or the systems that have been implemented.
